More recently, since 2008, Vitor is dedicated to the Communication and Innovation Agency CONTEUDO CHAVE, specialized in ICT for sectors like Media, Tourism and Cities. Conteudo Chave is among the major European stakeholders related with Smart Cities with some innovative tools and services, and also with awareness and consultancy. It’s one of the companies in a selected group for the recently published Roadmap for Smart Cities in Portugal. He developed the brand Welcome Portugal with some innovative services like booking system and interactive guides with Augmented Reality technology for smartphones and tablets. The latest project with Augmented Reality (AR) technology is called LUKAR and it is a great tool to interact with physical world of brochures, magazines, newspapers and other printed material.

This AR tool empowers the discovery of new users, new ways to interact with them and include forehead technology in a pacific, attractive and intuitive mode. Right now, Vitor is also official Blogger in some of the major worldwide events and platforms related with Smart Cities theme. He runs his own platform called “Smart Cities Online” (www.smartcitiesonline.net). Since April, he was chosen as Ambassador for Portugal for the worldwide Young Innovators Competition, promoted by ITU, the most relevant UN agency for Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
