Let’s face it: Nothing commands respect and admiration like 6 pack abs. It’s not easy to attain, as everyone knows who has tried it.
However, in this training program, special operator and SWAT team instructor Todd Lamb promises to reveal some new techniques intended to minimize the time, training and effort it takes to get an attractive midsection, whether you’re a man or woman. Does Specforce Abs deliver on its promises? In my experience, the claim that you can get 6 pack abs in 6 weeks is pretty realistic, if you’re motivated and willing to put some effort into it. If you have a lot of weight to lose it can, of course, take longer, because you need to burn through that abdominal fat to reveal your abs, after all. Fortunately, Specforce Abs reveals a lot of training tips that will enhance your metabolism, boost your fat-burning hormones, and develop your abs, so you get the proper look. There are several things I like about the exercises.
Strategy First
For one, they target not only the front and center abs, but also the sides (obliques) and even the back, which develops your entire midsection. This is good, because only having the front and center “column” of abs is going to look a bit silly, like you trained nothing else. Todd Lamb calls this 360 degree training, and it works by simultaneously activating the muscles from many different angles, which ensures their proper development. Training the obliques can also help pull your waist in, so you get that hourglass figure (women) or V-shape (men) that everyone is attracted to. You’ll also get a much stronger core, so don’t be surprised if this helps you with other lifts, such as deadlifts, or martial arts, endurance, or other activities, because the abs are used in many everyday movements. Thanks to utilizing recent scientific discoveries, about which exercises can activate your abs to a greater degree, you can get faster muscle development, even with relatively short workouts.

However, it also means that you’ll have to work HARD for a brief time. Fortunately, you can start this program whether you’re a beginner, intermediate trainee, or advanced, because it progresses from easy to hard effort. Specforce Abs contains some nutrition tips that will help, although it’s not a comprehensive weight loss program.

Conclusion By this time, I’ve seen a lot of six pack abs training programs, and Specforce Abs contains the hallmarks of a good one. Is it the best? Difficult to say, but it’ll certainly get the job done, if you put in the effort it takes. Another huge benefit is the price: right now it’s only $9, which is incredibly cheap. So I definitely suggest you pick up a copy.
Chrome and Chrome SpecForce - Visual Fidelity (unofficial patch) INTRODUCTION The goal of this 'patch' is to enable the games to be played in widescreen resolutions, ultra widescreen, multi monitor setups and in 4K and above by fixing text rendering and FOV issues and properly scaling some HUD elements. Another goal was to increase the visual fidelity of the game by forcing the game to render highest quality assets even when they are far away from the player. Only assets that will actually be changed are the HUD map textures.
No gameplay changes have been made. All changes are listed in 'changelog.txt'. Jackfuste from Widescreen Gaming Forums fixed the 'ChromeEngine2.dll' for the hor+ FOV, and high resolution map textures for original Chrome were taken from Chrome Widescreen Mod(Chrome HD Fix). For information how to install the updated files read the included 'instructions.txt' file.
